Deb’s Professional career encompasses competing around the Country in PGA of America sanctioned events, Futures Golf Tour, The W.P.G.T. and State Opens.
Throughout her Professional Career, Deb’s primary focus remains on expanding her knowledge to provide students with effective and targeted learning experiences. She is very adept at relating to All ages and abilities. Her successful Teaching skills combine 40+ years and her Education degree from Miami University of Ohio.
In 2003, Deb further distinguished herself by attaining her G.S.E.B., Golf Stroke Engineering Bachelor.

Denise King is an LPGA Class A Teaching Professional and Life Member and has been teaching at the Marietta Golf Center for 31 years. Prior to joining the LPGA Teaching Division in 1993, Denise enjoyed a successful career as a junior, collegiate, and professional golfer.
Highlights of her career include over 20 Junior Tournament wins; American Junior Golf Association All-American; Miami Herald Player of Year; All-SEC University of Georgia; Futures Tour Winner, and Finalist LPGA Qualifying School.
As a teacher, Denise has worked with a variety of golfers, from those who have never played the game to those seeking consistency in a social or business atmosphere. Most play for enjoyment, but many compete at a local or regional level. Most recently, five of Denise's students have been awarded "Most Improved Golfer" at their golf clubs and six of her students, male and female, have won their club championships.
Denise's teaching philosophy is built on solid fundamentals and effective communication. She believes in custom-tailoring her lesson and practice plans to meet the needs and goals of each individual golfer. Her teaching tools include video-analysis, practical application, and written notes for the student to take home.
In addition to teaching, Denise has been a contributing writer for Golf for Women magazine and is an authorized PING Club Fitter.
