Our Groups are kept small to provide students with more attention. Teacher to Student ratio is 1-6! Our teachers are Class "A", P.G.A. Teaching Professionals.

Summer 2010: SNAG Golf is Fun! (Starting New At Golf) (Ages 5-7)

SNAG teaches the basic skills of traditional golf, using modified equipment. Proper mechanics are taught and transferable to "regular" clubs. The program is aimed at providing these beginners with success and fun.

  • 5 Saturdays: June 5, 12, 19, 26, July 3. Severe weather make-up day is July 10th.

OR CHOOSE:

  • 5 Saturdays: July 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14. Severe weather make-up day is August 21st.

Weekly class time: 10:00am-10:45am.

The 5-week SNAG fee is $85.00

Summer 2010: Junior Golf Clinics with Course Play (Ages 8-12 & 13-17)

The curriculum includes all aspects of golf skills needed to play the game. The teachers will challenge the student to improve, learn safety, etiquette and have fun. PGA/GSEB professional Deb Hankey will supervise the instruction-(404)386-5581.

Tuesday: 9:15am-9:30am; Sign-in at Marietta Golf Center's Clubhouse.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Instruction at Marietta Golf Center from 9:30am-12:30pm
Friday: Course Play at Cross Creek Golf & CC from 9:30am-11:30am.

These camps are open to Juniors ages 8-17. Because the groups are small, Instruction will accommodate all skill levels. The maximum number of students per camp is 12; allowing for much personal attention. Minimum needed to hold a camp is 4. Registration closes 72 hours in advance of first clinic day.

The four day camp fee of $195.00 includes professional instruction, range balls, equipment usage, golf course fees, beverages and snacks.

Sorry, no rain checks or refunds for absentees. Marietta Golf Center has covered instructional areas in the event of rain. In the event of severe weather, class time may be adjusted. Student flexibility may be required.

These 5-week clinics cover the golfing techniques of putting, chipping, pitching, irons & woods. Course play is at Cross Creek Golf Course. PGA/GSEB professional Deb Hankey will supervise the instruction-(404)386-5581.

  • 5 Saturdays: October 2, 9, 16, 23 from 1:00-2:30pm October 30th is scheduled course play from 2:00-3:30pm. Severe weather make-up day is November 6th from 2:00-3:30pm.

The 5 week fee is: $200.00

Minimum number of enrollments to hold these clinics is 4, maximum allowed is 12. Teacher to Student ratio is 1 to 6!

These 5-week clinics include the golfing fundamentals of the short game, irons, woods and a nine-hole outing at Cross Creek Golf Course!

  • 5 Thursday evenings: July 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12. August 12 is the course play evening. Severe weather make-up evening is August 19th.

5 Week Fee is $200.00. Fee includes course play, equipment use, range balls, and instruction.
